Laboratory Animal Services is a service organization. Our reason for being is to assist the Rutgers faculty who use animals in their research and teaching. We promote humane care and treatment of all Rutgers animals and hold our services and facilities to the highest standards.

KETAMINE RECALL JANUARY 2010!!!
Important recall of some ketamine.
Henry Schein customers: Schein will allow refund for open or unopened vials affected by recall. Include copy of invoice. Please record lot numbers and report any problems to LAS. LAS shipments from May were affected by recall. Our most recent purchase in October is not in the recall. Schein told us today they do not have "good" ketamine available.
